Hi guys, I’ve made the hard decision to cancel class today although there doesn’t seem to be much snow at the moment. It looks like we’ve been given a yellow warning and everyone seems to come up or down hills to get to class and I don’t want it to be unsafe for you to get home if it does get us!!! 🤷‍♀️it might not get us at all. I will transfer you on to next week, apologies I was really looking forward to doing some new routines with you. ###

I’m so sorry guys my hips have got worse and my Osteopath has suggested resting after my treatment to avoid further damage.😣

I’ve cancelled class tonight and have re-credited you all!!😢
