Great sparring class Saturday morning at Dyson Perrins, kids and Adults really going for it. Managed to practice my dentistry by catching Maisy off guard (the tooth was loose anyway) but then had to face the wrath of Mum Pauline in a more heated light contact battle - I cant afford to loose anymore teeth

Our thoughts and prayers are with Elliot and his family at this time.
