EH Fitness Group exercise classes including Metafit, Insanity, BootCamp and willpower and Grace instructor. Per I offer Personal Training on a one-to-one and group basis.

I am a Freelance Group Exercise Instructor who runs a Metafit Class at Malvern Vale Community Centre and also teaches in local Gyms and Health Clubs. Please message me for more details. I also offer Swedish and Sports Massage Therapy from the comfort of your own home. I have a Massage table that I bring and all the towels and oils. Please message me for prices.

The current course of Bootcamp finished next week (it has gone so quick!).

With that in mind I will run a 4 week course starting on the 10th July and concluding on 31st July.

It will be a Victoria Park, Malvern link again and start 9am -10am.

£26.50 for the 4 weeks.

We will give it a go this morning, if it gets too heavy we might have to postpone it. Meet by the tennis courts/ concrete football pitch we will do it on there instead. X
