I am a Freelance Group Exercise Instructor who runs a Metafit Class at Malvern Vale Community Centre and also teaches in local Gyms and Health Clubs. Please message me for more details. I also offer Swedish and Sports Massage Therapy from the comfort of your own home. I have a Massage table that I bring and all the towels and oils. Please message me for prices.

The current course of Bootcamp finished next week (it has gone so quick!).

With that in mind I will run a 4 week course starting on the 10th July and concluding on 31st July.

It will be a Victoria Park, Malvern link again and start 9am -10am.

£26.50 for the 4 weeks.

We will give it a go this morning, if it gets too heavy we might have to postpone it. Meet by the tennis courts/ concrete football pitch we will do it on there instead. X

Thanks to everyone that replied about Bootcamps, I am so excited to get this going!

I have gone with the majority (apologises if that doesn’t suit you) and will start Bootcamp On Sunday 29th May 9.30am at Victoria Park Malvern link.

There will be some weighted and body weight exercises and some fun things too (well I think they are fun)

It’s £40 for the 6 weeks and to secure your spot I will need a £20 deposit (can send bank details or PayPal details on request)
Remaining £20 is due on 29th May.
Only 8 spaces available but I may be able to offer weekly PAYG spots if I know participants can’t make it.

Thank you everyone for all your interest in the Sunday Bootcamp, I will definitely be running one.

I just need to find the best date to start…. I can start on 29th May 2022 or 5th June 2022.

The Bootcamps will take place at Victoria Park in Malvern Link and will be suitable for all fitness abilities.

I am going to cap the sessions at 8 max so that I can ensure I meet everyone’s needs and keep everyone working safely.

Please comment which one you would prefer and I will go with the majority. I will be taking a 50% deposit to secure your pace nearer the time.
