I have a couple of spaces for Reformer/Tower and Large Equipment 1:1 or duets on Thursday mornings and Thursday evenings. A 1:1 is a great way of working through your personal exercise goals with a tailored session in my boutique purpose built garden studio. The Reformer/Tower and large equipment are very versatile pieces of equipment which can be used standing, kneeling, lying on, to lengthen, strengthen and mobilise your body.
