At last weeks Camphill Vintage Rally we did 37 bungee launches. If you add those to the 200 winch launches we also did our guests enjoyed a fantastic weeks flying.

We’re thrilled to welcome back Lawrence County as they take the stage once again at the Camphill Vintage Rally on Saturday, 21st June 2025!

Last year, their electrifying mix of fiddle, accordion, and raw guitar had the courtyard marquee buzzing with infectious, foot-stomping energy. We can’t wait for another night of vibrant music and unforgettable moments.

Way back in 1938 for the princely sum of 12 Guineas members of the public were invited to spend a couple of weeks at our club learning to fly. This is the original leaflet used to promote these public courses. It's very interesting as it goes into detail about how pilots were trained at that time.

Now that the dust has settled and good friends have returned home it's time to reflect on the 2024 Camphill Vintage Rally. The weather Gods were kind to us and we flew every day. Copious amounts of gin were consumed and we were entertained by a fabulous local band. As always we enjoyed good food and good company. We're already looking forward to next years event which we can now announce will run from 20th-27th June 2025.
