Kickboxing class on tonight Apex MMA 6-7 then grappling and sparring 7-8 beginners welcome😀 kickboxing is probably the easiest sport to learn but perfecting it takes time,i regularly share videos about kickboxing blackbelts and kickboxing classes being taught so crap,but what I will say is the guys at Apex I can honestly say would wipe the floor with the kickboxing gyms iv seen lately 6-7 see you there🥊💪🏻

Kickboxing class on tonight 6-7 then sparring and grappling 7-8 beginners welcome I see lots of guys doing private 1-1 tuitions and there s**t there just hitting the pads and not being corrected,one thing with me is I have years of experience a lot more than these s**t Pad men and iv had a hell of a lot more fights than them too, get yourselves over to Apex MMA and learn from someone with Quality experience,Me 😀🥊💪🏻

Apex MMA il be teaching the kickboxing class tonight like every Friday at “APEX MMA GYM” 6-7 then it’s grappling and sparring at 7-8 all levels welcome and as for the sparring if there’s any decent fighters your more than welcome for the sparring I’d like nothing more than to have a sparring session with yous and at the end il tell you weather your crap or not 😀😜see you there

I’m be teaching Kickboxing tonight at 6-7 then it’s Sparring and grappling 🥊💪🏻7-8Apex MMA 33 years in the game and always Evolving not stuck in the same basic combos says enough about my striking tonight we will be working on countering the Boxing with kicks, sweeps,knees, elbows, angles, movement,footwork,Distance,timing,evading, boxing and anything else to beat them with 😀👌🥊💪🏻
