Awesome weekend at Alan Orr's workshop in Brighton. Saturday working on sparring, Chinese boxing with takedowns and takedown defense. Sunday working on Chi sau and chin na with some form work to start the day. Big thanks to Alan and Aaron as well as everyone else I got to train with. Great catching up with everybody 🔥

This looks to be a promising new site/app. I've just added our club there so head over to our new kwoon page, and if you've trained with me a review on that site would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Once it grows a bit bigger I'm sure it'll be a great resource for finding new clubs and events.

We are a wing chun school in the uk with a progressive training method and approach. We are now based in the North West London area.

Brilliant weekend at the Lyubo Kumbarov wrestling camp at Function First Lincoln. Loads of small details that make familiar positions more nasty whilst applying less effort... This is the sort of stuff that makes all the difference. Lincolnshire really doesn't know what a treasure they've got on their doorstep with Lyubo... Top skills and top teacher. Thanks to Matthew Frost for hosting. Great to see Dan Holloway and always a pleasure getting bullied and beaten by Swee Ling Khow 🔥

Great day at the UK Wing Chun Gathering yesterday, big thanks to Ade Rhodes for organising and reaching out to me to teach a slot this year. Also a really big thanks to Leon Lord and Will Brookings for not only being great company but also being fantastic demo guys (I hope you both don't mind that I kept using you both to demo on 😬😅) I really appreciate it. Also a big thanks to Swee Ling Khow for filming some bits and also going round helping teach and correct the movements. And finally a really big thank you to everyone that took part in my session, I really hope you all took at least a little something away from it... Or at the very least had a bit of fun and worked up a sweat. 👊🙏
