Please find below the details of the second 24-hour Great Glen Relay!

Details to take part are:

📅Date:Held on midday 29th (Sat) to midday 30th (Sun)

1️⃣What: Commit to getting out for 1 hour with your chosen method of exercise

🏃🚴🛴 could be: running, walking scooting hopping cycling, etc etc.

🗣️What to do next: Once you've decided your hour(s), send us a message with your name, activity and chosen hour (you can choose as many hours as you wish)

The aim is to make sure every hour has at least 1 person committed.

Distance (or location) does not matter.

🆓How much does it cost: ABSOLUTELY FREE.
This event is completely free and held purely to promote outdoor exercise,

Only a few having a go yesterday - leaderboard for the GG5k VR
