We are pleased to announce that we will be adding a new weekly session to our existing timetable.

All welcome from beginners to black belt, reduction for family groups.
£6.50 per session.

🆕 Saturdays 9:30-10:30 beginning on July 11th Great Eccleston scout hut, Hall Lane. 🥋

Our existing sessions are;

🥋Sunday 11-12 WI Hall, chapel street, Great Eccleston. (Beginners and above)

🥋 Wednesday 6:30-7:30 Great Eccleston Scout hut, Hall Lane. (Sparring techniques yellow tag and above).

We will post a little reminder nearer the time ✅

Tonight we had a session working on recovering kicks quickly/following up with more kicks. We focussed on speed and positioning. Everyone worked so hard and gave 100% even with the heat in the hall. Great session, see you all next time!

Hi 👋 due to the sun making a very big appearance 🌞…we are happy for everyone to just wear a t shirt tomorrow instead of your dobok top and belt.

Please make sure you bring water to the session 💧

We will have the doors open so the hall shouldn’t be too warm by 6:30! See you all tomorrow 😀

Half term break for a lot of our members this week, hope you are all enjoying the sun! 🌞

We don’t often get the chance to do any 1:1 work, so we made this session count. We focussed on our yellow tags poomsae and polishing techniques for the upcoming grading, finishing off with some powerful kicks. It was also a good opportunity as black belts to get some poomsae in, we practiced from 17 basic movements up to KeumGang.
