🎾 JUNIOR SUMMER CAMP 🎾
Looking for something for your kids to do next week? Our Summer Camp is back! 😎☀️ **Open to non-members too!**

Victoria will be holding the camps next week on:
Monday 3rd Aug -
4-6yrs - 10am-12pm
7yrs and up - 12pm-2pm

Wednesday 5th Aug -
6yrs and up - 10am-2pm

Thursday 6th Aug -
6yrs and up - 10am-2pm

(Monday £15 per session and Weds & Thurs £25 per session)

Sunday was our popular annual Hopkins Tournament 🎾
There were 8 pairs participating this year with a great mix of current members and non-members, including welcoming Kieran and Diane from Standon Tennis Club 👍🏽
After some great tennis from all players involved, the semi finalists were:
-Kieran/Diane v Charlotte Wigmore/Mark Mitchell
-Emma Hynds/Ollie Bond v Victoria Kass/Mark Sisson

The finalists were:
Emma Hynds/Ollie Bond v Kieran/Diane
Well done to Kieran and Diane on the win! 👏🏽👏🏽🏆

*Big Thank Yous to Andy and Jane Beer for very kindly doing the BBQ this year; and Tina Oakey for organising the food even though she couldn’t be there on the day 👍🏽 and Thank you to those that came down to support.

Eventful packed weekend we had last week - starting with attending the Dunmow Showcase at St.Mary’s Church.
Big Thank you to some of our members and Committee who helped throughout the day, and Thank you to Tina Oakey and Catherine Karr for setting up the table display etc. Much appreciated ☺️👏🏽

🎾 LILLIAN MITCHELL FAMILY FUN DAY 🎾

📅 Sunday 26th April
⏰ 10am start
📍 Tennis courts, behind the Foakes Hall

This event is in honour of our former member Lillian. No competition format, just pure fun! Our coaches George and Victoria will be running the day and supplying the fun for both young and old 👍🏽

Lillian’s family have picked the “Young Lives vs Cancer” as their chosen charity, so any donations on the day will be greatly appreciated ☺️

**This is open to non-members also, so bring your child/children along and any other family members and friends. No matter your ability, everyone is welcome to come along!! 😆

Pancakes and refreshments will be available 👍🏽

Sunday was our Winter Finals Day 🎾

Different format to previous years but was a great morning of tennis.
Big thanks to all those that played. After a round-robin format, the winners were:

Big thanks to our chairman Paul Jessop for organising the pairings and reformatting 👏🏽👏🏽 and thank you to all those that contributed food/cakes ☺️
