As a PT, my work revolves around helping clients achieve their goals - whether it is to loose weight, get fitter or complete a challenge. There is nothing more rewarding than taking clients through the ups & downs of working towards and achieving their goal. I have been a PT since 2007 and my first client was Lisa Smith. We have been together since then and worked towards & achieved her goals - mainly running races - 10ks, 1/2 marathons, marathons & Ultras - and tomorrow she embarks on her next challenge. To complete the Ultra 55k run from Woolwich to Richmond. You are a stalwart Lisa - ever positive and determined - never daunted or beaten. Good luck tomorrow. Hopefully, I will see you at the check points enroute to cheer you on.

What an amazing few days we have had - such a stunning landscape - & 26+degC too. Photos of Queenstown, the Luge run, Mount Cook & Lake Tekapo. And isn’t the world a small place Stuart & Jules Adams - fancy seeing you both here. Campervan to collect tomorrow in Christchurch. Hoping Cyclone Gabrielle hasn’t caused too much disruption.

Want to be fitter, or get fit, for your summer staycation? I run total body fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 40 minutes on Great Easton Park at 6pm and 7pm.
