High speed beats mixed with low impact moves means the workout is tough, but comfortable on the joints as the trampoline pad absorbs over 87% of shock so our class is suitable for people up to 125kg, those maybe struggling with an old injury, or people with more brittle bones as our workout also improves bone density. The class blasts out great tunes to motivate and our instructors are friendly, excitable and very inspiring! We start with a warm up, onto the cardio section, then body conditioning for toning plus a stretch to finish, offering a 'full body fix'.

((BOUNCE)) bringing you all the benefits of resistance based training!

▫️((BOUNCE)) & BLAST
Our original trampoline based cardio workout, where the trampoline aids our workout by removing 87% of impact on the joints compared to jumping on the floor. It’s seriously fun, whilst being effective, and addictive! We encourage you to work at your level, by simply increasing/decreasing the jump whenever you want to adjust the level. You won’t be able to get through class without smiling!
BLAST is slightly different as it’s a 45 minute class, rather than an hour. The breaks are slightly shorter and we have optional light hand weights available to use to focus more on toning the upper body.

▫️((BOUNCE)) BARBELLS
Our weight based workout. Using barbells and individual weight plates we work at improving body strength, whilst also improving posture, muscle tone and hone density. Don’t worry though, we’re not expecting you to lift heavy. It’s all about lower weights and more repetitions. A 45 minute class that’s done to banging tunes and a great addition to add into your week.

▫️((BOUNCE)) BIKE
Our class performed on stationary bikes! Your instructor will motivate you through your 45 minute class that includes sprints, climbs, resistance cycling and even upper body work. It’s about challenging yourself mentally and physically to achieve the biggest post workout buzz going! The intensity level is individually controlled, so you can take the lead on where your ride takes you!

Robyn first joined us in classes back in January 2022. It's safe to say it wasn't quite love at first ((BOUNCE)). Infact, Robyn made it quite clear that there was practically anywhere that she would prefer to be. BUT, Robyn made a commitment to herself to attend regularly.

Not sad, not happy, just a bit MEH 🤷🏼‍♀️

The weekends go quickly, and your to do list doesn’t seem to clear. Social media makes us think we must constantly be happy, and grateful but the reality is life can be overwhelming, demanding, exhausting!

Sometimes we’re going to feel a little ‘meh’!

It’s time to find some focus, claw back a little time to clear your head, create positives to focus on and gain a sense of accomplishment!

Book ((BOUNCE))!

Exercise will unlock that sticking point in your mind.
