New Players Welcome

All teams play in either the Chelmsford Youth Football League, Blackwater & Dengie Youth League or the Mid Essex Senior League. Our Under 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 age groups play mini-soccer. This is a 7-a-side competition with the emphasis on learning ball skills, how to play the game and having fun. At the U11 & U12's age groups level the teams play the newly formed 9-a-side format. The game is aimed a

t representing their growth from U10's and younger, but with an outlook of making sure the game, pitch & goals are relative to their size. From U13's upwards the teams go into the full 11-a-side game. Additionally, we run "Mini Strikers" for children aged between 4 and 7 years of age. Mini Strikers was started in November 2011, offering specific coaching to introduce children into football, while having fun and FREE!! Dunmow Rovers Football Club is based at The Recreation Ground in the centre of Dunmow. The committee and coaches work hard to provide football to those who want to play. We encourage football for children of all ages and abilities. Football is a great way to make new friends, learn to work as a team and basically have fun. We are always looking for new players, coaches and people who want to get involved in a very successful football club.
