XC Camp at Milton Keynes Equestrian Centre

Our annual XC Camp will take place again this year at Milton Keynes Equestrian Centre from the 24th May – 26th May and this year we have some extra spaces for external riders to join us on their own horses!

The cost of camp is £320pp and this includes:
- Camping for 3 nights (parents would need to stay with their child) (optional)
- 3 days use of the riding facilities
- Use of clubhouse
- Accomodation for horses either stables or fields depending on weather conditions
- 8hrs tuition with an experienced instructor (2hrs AM & PM on the Sunday and Monday)
- 2x 45 minute stable management sessions
- Opportunity for pony club members to earn their introduction to eventing badge
- First aider on site during riding hours
- Hay provided (if needed)
- Evening entertainment
- Competition on the last day

ADULT CAMP 2026 - NOW AVAILABLE TO BOOK

Ready to treat yourself to a weekend in the saddle?

Join us for three incredible days of riding, learning and like-minded company.

Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve your skills, or simply enjoy time around horses, this camp is designed especially for adult riders in a supportive and fun environment.

Easter Camp 2026

With the new year in full swing and with spring just around the corner it’s time for us to start taking bookings for our easter camp. We look forward to welcoming you for four days packed full of activities, lots of fun and most importantly extra time with the ponies! Camp is a fantastic way to learn new skills, make new friends and develop your knowledge of ponies.

What does camp include?
Camp includes:
· 3hrs riding per day
· 45 minutes of stable management per day
· 45 minutes of creative time per day
· Ridden and non-ridden activities including mini competitions and gymkhana.
· Camp T-shirt

When is camp and how long does it last for?
Camp will run from the 6th April – 9th April. Drop off time is 9am and pick up time is 5pm. Parents are not to stay for the duration of camp however we welcome parents to come back and watch the competition that will run on the Thursday afternoon.
Who is camp for?

Camp is suitable for children who are aged 6 - 16 and are a grade 1 and above. If you are unsure on your grade, please ask your instructor. If you are new to our riding school and wish to join camp, please first book an assessment lesson where an instructor can grade you appropriately.

What will I need?
An email will be sent to all parents 4 weeks prior to the beginning of camp including all of the information you will need.

How much is camp and how do I book?
The cost of camp is £400. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (£100) must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced 4 weeks before camp is due to start. This must be settled no later than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of camp. Sibling discounts of 10% off are offered for parents booking more than one child onto the same camp.

*Please note camp will only show available to book on the 1st day (6th April) by making this booking you will be booked for the whole 4 days*
Following booking please send an email to [email protected] with a list of 3 horses that your child enjoys riding and we will do our best to offer you one of the ponies of choice.
*Please note ponies are allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are unsure on pony availability, please drop us an email prior to booking*
