Less body fat? Check ✅

A little ego boost? Check ✅

This is what happens when you
✨ Show up consistently

This isn’t about to say she’s never gone over her calories, missed a workout or spent the whole day tucked up in bed with the flu

Because that’s absolutely impossible to do

But the key is she’s picked herself back up quickly

She didn’t let being off track snowball

She’s worked out on days she didn’t fancy it

She’s said no to foods that she probably could have eaten and enjoyed

She’s gone out for a walk when she would rather have had a lie in

If the options are go hungry or smash the biscuits of course you going for the biscuits

Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar 🤥

This gorgeous lady might remind you a little of yourself 👀

She asked for my help when she just didn’t have the time

She is juggling mom life to a gorgeous toddler, works full time that involves a lot of sitting at her desk, travels quite a bit, weekends when she is at home she’s usually busy and isn’t at home

Naturally with a lot on her plate she was struggling to lose weight

To start with we started small

Reduced the over whelm and focused on the small wins

4k steps/ 2 workouts a week

Her confidence grew

The scales started moving

She realised she had more control than she first thought

We pushed the steps up to 6k

The workouts up to 3 and then she wanted 4

The best part

She’s lost a stone (and she’s a short gal!)

She’s feeling like her bum is perkier

She’s buzzing her back fat is gone

She’s enjoying her workouts

She’s able to eat more now we’re at maintenance

Her clothes are loose ( which apparently is a problem 😂)

What happens after the diet? Obviously you don’t want start piling it all back on again, right?

This is such a big win

We all focus on the diet and being restrictive

But what about when you’ve actually done it and the weights gone?

How you handle it is the difference between keeping it off and piling it all back on again (ahh hello cycle of doom)

I never want this for my clients. I want them to keep it off, naturally

Which is why I built my Fab & Fit in 6 framework

Of course you want quicker results

We think dieting needs to be all time consuming, dull and well soul destroying

It doesn’t

But you do need to keep showing up for yourself

Even on the busiest days

How that looks each day will be different
