I need your help to decide to future of my exercise classes! π
Currently I run circuit training on a Tuesday, Boxercise on a Thursday (both 5:30pm online) and Zumba in person on a Saturday morning. Ideally in order to continue running these classes I need a minimum of 4 people there for online sessions, and 6 people there for a hall based session.
I currently have a core group of ladies (to whom I am forever grateful to!) who attend everything going, but I canβt rely on this small group to enable the classes to run each week. I appreciate a big factor to attendance is covid, but Iβm still keen to increase attendance (without sacrificing how comfortable people feel attending the in-person class) and keep everything running.
Therefore, Iβm going to spread the word a little around the villages to try and increase the βcore groupβ a little; but would also love your feedback on the sessions too:
Is there anything youβd change about the current set-up?
- Would a different day / time suit you better, maybe an early morning weekday online class instead?
- Should I run Zumba on a Tuesday instead (as numbers have been much smaller for circuits recently)?
- Or a totally different class, potentially a stretch/core/yoga type session?
