Itā€™s officialā€¦ House Of Flow is expanding šŸ”‘āœØ

This honestly feels like a pinch-me moment. After over a year of working 7 days a week, balancing my 9-5, running House Of Flow, making sacrifices and continuing to believe in this dreamā€¦ weā€™re finally here.

On 1st January, I created my vision board and the biggest goal on it was owning my own studio. I can finally say that dream is becoming reality.

House Of Flow has always been about more than just movement ā€” itā€™s about creating a space where people feel welcomed, supported, confident and connected. A place where you can invest in yourself, switch off from the outside world and leave feeling stronger inside and out.

Having grown up on Chafford, this feels even more special. Bringing House Of Flow to the community Iā€™ve always called home is something Iā€™m incredibly proud of.

I truly believe this space is meant to be, and I canā€™t wait to share this next chapter with you all.

A huge thank you to my amazing clients, my family, boyfriend, friends and everyone who has supported me, believed in me and encouraged me along the way. Youā€™ve been such a big part of this journey.

This is only the beginningā€¦

In loving memory of Henry Nowak ā™„ļø

Henry was a young boy who sadly lost his life far too soon. In his memory, his family have been raising money for the 2Wish charityā€”an incredible organisation that supports families affected by the sudden or unexpected loss of a child or young adult (under 25), providing the bereavement care they truly need and deserve.

Although I didnā€™t know Henry personally, his story deeply affected the Chafford community. Iā€™ve heard so many wonderful things about him, and I feel truly honoured that the Nowak family have allowed me to support this cause and help raise funds for such an important charity.

This is a completely free event. All we ask is that, if you can, you make a donationā€”big or smallā€”to help support other families during the most difficult times.

A huge thank you to Harris Academy for kindly allowing us to use their school field for this event - this was my school as well as Henryā€™s which makes this event even more special.

If you have your own mat, please bring it along. I will have a limited number available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you donā€™t have a mat, a towel will be absolutely fine.

The event will go ahead rain or shine!

Think itā€™s about time I reintroduce myselfā€¦ there are quite a few new faces here since the last time I did thisšŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļøšŸ’–

Hi, Iā€™m Summer Lilley ā€” founder of House of Flow āœØ Iā€™m qualified in both mat and reformer Pilates, and somehow this little passion project is coming up to its first birthdayā€¦ where has that year gone??!!

What I thought would be my little side hustle has slowly grown into (almost) my full-time world, and honestlyā€¦ I still have to pinch myself that I get to do what I love every single day šŸ¤

From mat Pilates to HIIT Pilates to reformer I genuinely love it all (no favourites here šŸ˜‚). But what you donā€™t always see is everything that happens behind the scenesā€¦ the class planning, the thoughtful adaptations, making sure every client feels supported ā€” especially those working with injuries.

My biggest hope is that when you leave a class, you feel energised, challenged, and truly heard.

This little studio has already seen so much ā€” laughter, a few tears, plenty of hugs, and maybe a bit of oversharing too but I wouldnā€™t change a thing šŸ«¶

Thereā€™s so much more to come for House Of Flow, and Iā€™m so excited for whatā€™s ahead.
