Stress has a major impact on our bodiesπ₯Ί
It increases our hunger hormone, which can makes us have unwanted cravings π€¦π½ββοΈ
Gives us a stress belly π€¦π½ββοΈ
Effects our emotions,feeling unhappy out of control π₯Ί
Makes us feel demotivated and unenergised ππ and so on π
Itβs important to know We are all going through stress and your not alone ππ½ also itβs important to talk to someone as this can give you another perspective on a situation and can make you realise itβs not worth your energy as you have no control over it, what will be will be, or itβs not as bad as you first thought. π
Important question, Howβs stressing solving your problem? Has it made it better, or you feel better?? π€
Stressing about these things isnβt making your situation better π in turn itβs only effecting you, your mindset and your body π€¦π½ββοΈ Focus on what you can control like your fitness, weight loss, nutrition etcππ½ which will in turn make you feel more in control of you and better inside and out π
Things to help with stress:

2. Sleep π΄
3. Meditation π§π½ββοΈ
4. Take some you time π
5. Go for walks clear your mind πΆπ½ββοΈ
6. Yoga π§π½ββοΈ
7. Have a nice hot bath π
8. Read a book π
Whatever helps to relieve your stress, do it, but nutrition, exercise and sleep should remain consistent as these have positive impacts on the body, sleep will energises you, getting the right nutrients for our body to function and feel energised, fitness will give you those happy endorphins feel good factor π€
