It increases our hunger hormone, which can makes us have unwanted cravings πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Gives us a stress belly πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Effects our emotions,feeling unhappy out of control πŸ₯Ί

Makes us feel demotivated and unenergised πŸ˜”πŸ”‹ and so on πŸ™„

It’s important to know We are all going through stress and your not alone πŸ™πŸ½ also it’s important to talk to someone as this can give you another perspective on a situation and can make you realise it’s not worth your energy as you have no control over it, what will be will be, or it’s not as bad as you first thought. πŸ˜‰

Important question, How’s stressing solving your problem? Has it made it better, or you feel better?? πŸ€”

Stressing about these things isn’t making your situation better πŸ™ˆ in turn it’s only effecting you, your mindset and your body πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ Focus on what you can control like your fitness, weight loss, nutrition etcπŸ™πŸ½ which will in turn make you feel more in control of you and better inside and out πŸ˜‰

Things to help with stress:

2. Sleep 😴
3. Meditation πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
4. Take some you time 😊
5. Go for walks clear your mind πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈ
6. Yoga πŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
7. Have a nice hot bath πŸ›
8. Read a book πŸ“—

Whatever helps to relieve your stress, do it, but nutrition, exercise and sleep should remain consistent as these have positive impacts on the body, sleep will energises you, getting the right nutrients for our body to function and feel energised, fitness will give you those happy endorphins feel good factor πŸ€—

After 5 months, he has shredded and got back to his ideal weight and his body has transformed and conditioned πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ”₯ his found a sustainable life style still allowing him those weekend treats πŸ˜œπŸ™ŒπŸ½

Most importantly he has now become independent and confident in his training πŸ€—

He has smashed it πŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ”₯ and smashed his all his goals. Now to continue building and maintaining the process never stops πŸ˜œπŸ‘ŠπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ🏽

Meal 1 - is sautéed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes with chilli, poached egg and wholemeal toast 😍

Meal 2 top right - grilled salmon with light sweet chilli coated, chilli prawns with a mixed salad πŸ˜‹

Meal 3 - Shredded Grilled chicken with a mixed salad. Tasty and simple 😜

Meal 4 - chilli Prawns served with a mixed Salad and sweet potato paprika fries, make it as spicy as you want it 🌢🌢

Meal 5 - Spicy Grilled Chicken served with a Mediterranean salad 🀀 again make it as spicy as you can handle 🌢🌢😜

Or 30 day healthy eating challenge is in full swing here are some great meal ideas to get you started πŸ€— ideas to help you understand what a healthy meal is or looks like and how beautiful, mouth watering and eye pleasing it can be πŸ˜πŸ€€πŸ˜‹

1. Meal 1, Top left- Avocado, boiled egg, medallion bacon and mixed salad (This meal has a good source of fats, proteins and simple carbs

Meal 2, top right- stuffed pepper with Lean Beef Mince, Basmati Rice & mixed salad (good fats, protein and healthy simple and complex carbs)

Meal 3, bottom left- homemade meatball on a bed of broccoli (broccoli packed with vitamins amongst other great benefits and lean beef mince 95%)

Meal 4, bottom right- corn on the cob, broccoli, sweet potato mash and Lamb
