Hello my lovely zumberers. Hope you are all well? I so wanted to do an online Zumba class but unfortunately I have had trouble with my foot. I’m waiting to see a doctor. I think I have plantar fasciitis. But until I see a doctor I don’t know. It’s very painful 😔 hoping it will get better and I will be back zumbering soon x

Hi guys! Hope you’re all well? I’m going live tomorrow at 4pm for a Zumba sesh! I promise there will be more classes too. It’s been a bit difficult this week with girls home and doing online work and then online dancing. Everyone is online! Lol
I’m hoping to shimmy & shake & bring some happiness in these dark times.
Please please note. If you are unwell please do not join in. But if you want cheering up then join me tomorrow at 4pm. The more the merrier! If you have never done Zumba before and are at home then please please please join me it’s so much fun!!!!!

Hi guys hope you’re all ok & keeping safe?
I will be doing some online Zumba classes but I can’t promise they will be on a Tuesday evening. But please watch this space as next week hopefully I will be going online. I’m not sure yet what evening yet but I will let you all know next week. Hope you will all be able to join me & hoping we can spread some fun.

Hi guys I hope you’re all well?
Due to government guidelines there will be no Zumba until it’s safe to resume. This is a very worrying time for us all & I am so upset about this.
In a couple of weeks my plan is to raise everyone’s spirits and go live from home & hope everyone will join me in a virtual Zumba.

Hi guys. Thought I would talk about what everyone’s talking about. Coronovirus.
Zumba class will still be on unless I’m told otherwise. Obviously every day is different & I will be following government guidelines.
Please can I ask everyone when coming in to class to wash their hands. And follow government guidelines. If you have a cough or high temperature not to attend class & stay at home for 7 days. Even if you have mild symptoms you should not participate.
I will keep you updated when we know more. In the meantime look after yourself and I hope to see you all Tuesday.
