Tomorrow is our Christmas Market. Get the shopping started or even finished. Come on down to support your local hockey club and all the fantastic local businesses who have stalls.
Please keep in mind some only take cash payments.
Competition going with cash prizes all you need is £1 coin 🪙
There will also be club members around if you want to ask questions about joining the club 😉

🏑 Thurrock Hockey Club Needs a Coach! 🏑

BIG NEWS: We’re on the lookout for a new coach to join our friendly hockey club! We’ve got a mix of gender, abilities and ages who are keen to refine their hockey skills, improve their game and of course have fun – and we’d love someone enthusiastic to help guide us.

You don’t need to be a top-level coach – just someone who’s passionate about hockey, enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, and can bring some energy to our training sessions.

What you’ll find with us:
💛 A welcoming, supportive club atmosphere
🙌 Players who are keen to learn and get stuck in
🎉 Plenty of fun both on and off the pitch

As well as recruiting for a new coach, we are also looking to expand our amazing team of umpires here at Thurrock Hockey Club! We are looking for people of *all ages* to join us! Whether you’re new to it or have some experience, we’d love to have you on board.

Why give it a go?
✅ A fee is paid for every game you umpire and costs are covered for any umpire training you may need along the way 💷
✅ Chance to develop your skills and grow as an umpire

It's been a full on weekend of hockey for THC. 6 adult games yesterday and then we had 3 minis teams out today for the 1st tournament of the season 💛🖤🏑
Thanks to our parents/grandparents/carers for bringing the kids to the tournament, without you all we couldn't enter the teams. Also thanks to the coaches who are there to support the teams. Well done to all the players, sounds like a great day 💛🖤🏑
