Weekly round-up 🖤

Another week of training whilst navigating some aches which I believe is down to my HRT…I am keeping an eye on this. I’ve arranged some counselling which is starting soon, and I’ve had self care time (including a massage, Pilates, yummy coffees and my hair).

Thomas is doing well at school, he is now a sports leader and next week we are visiting secondary schools as we need to apply by October! He also got told he will be going for his black belt at the end of this year!🥋

Tom is another week closer to leaving his current job 👏
