* Advanced Box Jumps*
When technique had been drilled and we have progressed to a higher box technique is the same.
The whole goal is to simply stand facing the box, then in a smooth motion, jump from the floor to the top of the box, landing both feet at the same time.

Fully extend the hips

Forcing myself to fight my own mind is as simple as just completing the goal with all that i can

Split squats are a multi-joint strength exercise that targets the legs with emphasis on the glutes and hamstrings
*KEEP IN MIND *
Knee’s must not cave inwards during the move
Hinge so the chest is over or inline with your front knee
Accelerate up, slow on down phase
