THIS WEEK: MARTIAL ARTS IN THURROCK

We are inviting you to come and try our classes this Thursday (28th May)

Beginners welcome in all 3 of our classes.
Junior School Children
Senior School Children
Adults (16+)

Practical Martial Arts.
No sport, no competition, just useful self protection and personal safety skills.

From core skills of balance, coordination etc, to stranger danger and raising the alarm for our juniors, to awareness levels, threat assessment and mixed nartial arts skills for teens and adults, our club has been training local people in Thurrock for more than 13 years.

Don't take our word for it. Make this week, the day you take a look for yourself.

We are immensly proud of these 3 Tekio Cempa Martial Arts students today. A long tough road, culminating in a fantastic 1st Dan grading for our 3 Thurrock students.
A tough, physical grading, comprising of basics, combinations, pad work, grappling, kata and several rounds of various sparring led to 3 fantastic passes. The effort put in, and the technique on display was a credit to them all, and a great example of our club.
Truly I am inspired to be better myself, by watching them today.
Well done, rest up, and now we go again....
A huge thanks to Den Francis for all of his help, today, and every day, and of course to Serena Cole without who, I simply could not do what I do.
Without these 2, we have no club so thank you both.
