Always a pleasure and privilege to be asked to personal train a member at Bannatynes …. Bill has been a regular to the gym for many years and recognised by many. A couple of weeks ago Bill and I had a consultation and it was decided that he would trial a month of sessions to see what benefit a PT could provide. Second session which was single leg day something Bill had not performed on his own. So pleased to see those quadriceps working to their max - great work !!!
