Well done to Patrick being awarded our little star of the month after a fantastic effort the last month so Patrick has been with us quite a while he always works really hard but has struggled with concentration at times aswell as staying in one spot but the last month or 2 has seen a massive improvement in all aspects of his training his focus and concentration the last month was brilliant he has improved so much technically too aswell as always staying with the instructor In the same spot his fitness has been great too when doing exercises he now always does extra than what he's been asked to do his improvements haven't gone unnoticed and he throughly deserved this award

A massive well done to Arlo being awarded our little star of the month after a brilliant month of training Arlo has been with us a while and has always been really quiet and shy but in the last couple of months he has started to come out of his shell and his great character is starting to shine through he is becoming more confident and his technique has become so good he always works really hard and throughly deserved the award

What a fantastic month of training for Arthur he has showed amazing improvements he has been training with a few months now for the first couple of months we are not gonna lie Arthur was a little bit hard work behaviour wasn't the greatest he was constantly having to be told to listen and not mess around but in the last 6 weeks there has been such a brilliant improvement all the instructors have said how well he is doing and they've noticed a massive change in his behaviour his concentration levels are now so much better his technique continues to improve and we look forward to seeing him continue to progress in the coming months

Congratulations to Nathan being awarded our little star of the month award which was throughly deserved he has been training with us for a couple of months now and has fitted into the group brilliant he is a natural with his kickboxing and punches so hard for someone so young he has great listening skill and always comes up with intelligent answer when answering questions he is constantly improving technically and we have no doubts he will continue to get better and better

A massive well done to Maisie being awarded our little star of the month shes had a fantastic month of training so Maisie started with us about 7 or 8 weeks ago and when she started she actually already had really good technique BUT there were lots of tears she'd come on the mats for a bit then leave the mats refuse to come back on and got herself all wound up and emotional we actually thought she wouldn't stick with it but the change in the last 4 weeks has been incredible she no longer needs encouragement to get on the mats she has been working really hard her technique continues to improve and she Is really good at answering questions when a instructor asks thing her concentration and listening skills are great we're looking forward to seeing her continue to progress
