But first… what is Barre?

Barre combines elements of Pilates, strength training and ballet-inspired movement to create low-impact, high-burn workouts that improve strength, posture, balance and endurance.

And Barre B***y?

This class is designed to target your glutes, legs and core through controlled movements, pulses, holds and resistance work. Expect that signature Barre shake, plenty of b***y burn, and a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and empowered.

Our upstairs Mat & Barre studio sits directly above our Reformer studio, home to heated + non-heated mat Pilates, Barre, strength-focused flows and our candlelit evenings.
