Time table for next week as follows;
09:30 - 10:30 Monday to Friday £4 a session
10:45 -11:45 Monday, Wednesday and Friday £4 a session
16:30 to 17:30 Monday and Tuesday kids, 10yrs to 14yrs £4 a session
Maybe additional classes available in near future depending on demand.
Private lessons available on request £10 to £15 for half hour or hour.
Please book for classes early to avoid disappointment as limited space

Want to lose weight, trim up, tone up, add muscle, lose fat. Why not give this a go. Each session lasts one hour consisting of :
1. Warm up and stretches: Decreases risk of injury and muscle soreness as well as improves flexibility and range of motion around joints.
2. High Intensity Interval training: Research shows you can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of interval training (done three times a week) than jogging on the treadmill for an hour, just 2 weeks of high-intensity intervals improves your aerobic capacity as much as 6 to 8 weeks of endurance training.
3. Boxing fitness: Weight loss, increased agility, coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness all result from boxing. Many people think that boxing is all about the arms but it is actually a cardio work-out for the whole body. It's especially good for toning your bottom and quadriceps, which is perfect for women who want to lose weight around their bottom and thighs.
4: Strength building: You will be surprised how quickly you can build strength and muscle from using body weight exercises alone.
5. Cool down, stretches:A cool-down period is suggested to allow the body enough time to gradually transition from intense movement to normal daily activity. Stretching for five to ten minutes, taking a slower walk around the block, or back to your car has been shown to be beneficial in removing muscle waste products (i.e., lactic acid, etc.) that can often cause muscle soreness. As an added benefit, stretching after physical activity has been shown to allow the greatest increase in muscle flexibility
