One Sunday a month we immerse ourselves in a half day workshop looking at all things Yoga. It isn't just posture work. We look at pranayama, meditation and relaxation giving an opportunity to spend quality time for yourself to focus on your wellbeing. Every year I go back because it's such a beautiful unspoilt part of Turkey. We do yoga, eat wholesome gorgeous vegetarian food and relax in the beautiful sunshine. What's not to love. There are just a few spaces left for next September. If you're intersted DM me for the information.
