March Matness Day 31— Push Up

The final exercise.

March Matness comes to a close with Push Up — bringing everything together: strength, control, and full-body connection.

From standing to the floor and back again, every part of the body works in harmony, guided by precision and control. A true test of strength and endurance to finish the series.

Strong from start to finish.

March Matness Day 30— Control Balance

March Matness continues with Control Balance — a demanding exercise that challenges strength, precision, and deep control from the centre.

Personal challenge — this is one of the exercises that continues to test me. It requires focus, stability, and trust in the movement every time I practise it.

With the body lifted and balanced overhead, the legs reach in opposition, demanding control, length, and coordination throughout. Every movement is guided with precision.

Lift with control.
Reach with length.
Move with intention.

Strength, balance, and control at their highest level.

March Matness Day 29— Rocking

Personal challenge — this is one of the hardest exercises for me, and one I know will continue to challenge me and my body for life.

March Matness continues with Rocking — an exercise that challenges strength, extension, and control through the whole body.

With the body lifted and supported through the back line, the movement rocks forward and back, requiring openness through the chest and control through the spine. It’s about maintaining length while moving with precision.

Lift with strength.
Open through the front body.
Move with control.

Strength, extension, and control in motion.
