In a busy day at Abernethy Golf Club 38 Juniors from across the North of Scotland competed yesterday in our Junior Open, a qualifier for the Justin Rose Telegraph Junior Golf Championship and also part of the Scottish Golf North Junior Order of Merit. There was some impressive scoring with the winner of the scratch prize, Harry Stewart, Fort William, winning by 1 shot on a gross 69. The trophy winner, on handicap, was Finlay Noble, Abernethy, in his very first Open.
