Organised by Amanda Stollery this is a day to try racing on SUP, demo boards and get out on the water.

Beginner and longer races for those with experience.

We aim to deliver our next 16 hr Outdoor First Aid course on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th July 2024 at Balmalcolm Den in Fife. This is an accredited course run by 2 experienced Outdoor Educators set in a great location. The course meets the Outdoor First Aid band 3 requirements set by the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) and the requirements for the first aid element of the expedition syllabus for the bronze, silver, and gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards.

There's not been much paddling lately but I've been enjoying random frozen things from lochs to trees to spider webs!
Also managed ti give the new aquarobe a test today after my swim. Thanks very much to and for providing the with these extra cosy garments.

Absolutely stoked on the surf at the minute. A stunner of a day at Banff with beautiful clean 3-4 ft waves for days.

What a weekend! Spooky Halloween paddles on Loch Morlich, a beautiful explore of the Aigas gorge with more fancy dress sat night and then meeting up with some ambassadors past and present to discuss future plans and explore a wavy Tay.
