Does your child have endless energy? Love games? Enjoy making new friends? Then our No Strings Youth Badminton Sessions are the perfect place to be!

Forget standing in lines and boring drills... our sessions are packed with exciting games, challenges, and non-stop action!

🎯 Take on fun accuracy challenges
😂 Enjoy silly games, relay races, and team competitions
🙌 Learn badminton skills without even realising it!

Whether they're complete beginners or already badminton mad, everyone is welcome. Our sessions focus on having fun, building confidence, and keeping active in a friendly environment.

🔥 The Summer League is officially underway! 🔥

Our first matches are in the books and it's fair to say things have been HOT, HOT, HOT! 🌡️🏸

Well... the badminton has been good, but the weather has definitely been stealing the show! ☀️😎

A huge thank you to everyone who has taken to the court so far. Great rallies, plenty of laughs, and some fantastic team spirit on display already.

Good luck to all our teams with their upcoming fixtures. Stay hydrated, pack the sun cream, and keep those shuttlecocks flying! 🏸💪

🏸🎉 In-House Mixed Championships 2026 – What a Night! 🎉🏸

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in our annual Mixed Championships! From nail-biting rallies to some fantastic teamwork (and the occasional lucky net cord 😉), it was another brilliant evening of badminton and fun.

🏸 Ladies In-House Tournament Update 🔥👏

After the Open tournament got us started, the Ladies event took things up another level… and what a final it was!

A proper edge-of-your-seat thriller from start to finish 😮‍🔥
Final score: 21–16, 20–22, 21–19

Every rally was hard-fought, with momentum swinging back and forth right to the very last point 💪

👑 Champions: Jaz & Kerry 🏆
Narrowly beating Susie & Laura in an incredible final that could have gone either way right up to the end!

Huge congratulations to all four players — the level of badminton was outstanding and made for a fantastic match to watch 👏🏸

And a huge well done to all players involved — the standard was fantastic and the competition was fierce right to the very last point.
