Yoga in Grantham

Lovely start this September at the chair yoga classes in Grantham and Great Gonerby.

Joining one of the classes is a simple as sending an email ([email protected]) or a text message (07963542356) and we will add you to the list. Beginners welcome!

Current classes:
***Tuesdays 11.15-12.00 at the Community Center on Belton Avenue
***Wednesdays 11.15-12.00 at Grace Physiotherapy Center in Great Gonerby
***Fridays 11.30-12.15 at the Railway Club in Grantham.

Cost: only £7/class when paid per term or £9/class for pay and you go.

Ah, it is good to be back to the yoga classes! We had an amazing active holiday in Croatia on our little break at the end of August! Thank you for all your lovely messages! I missed the classes and it will be a pleasure to see you all on the mat again! I thought to share a few pictures from our adventure! If you ever thought to maybe try a holiday in Croatia, I would warmly recommend it. It is an amazing place, with superb people and breathtaking nature scenery!

We will have a little break from Saturday 22nd until the end of the month.

On Wednesday 12th August there will be a solar eclipse with a maximum cover at 7.10 pm. This will be right after the yoga class at the Memorial Hall in Great Gonerby. I will bring some glasses that make the viewing safe for anyone who wants to stay after the yoga session to watch it. 🌒

Busy class this morning at the Old School Hall in Belton Village! We currently have some spaces for the Monday 9.30-10.30 am class at this location! Let us know if you would like join us!
