Me, just trying to have a 'relaxing' coffee before this morning’s yoga class... and these two lovely ones thought to add some peace and quiet to it!
Once they got tired, they were ready for some cuddles! 🐾🖤🐾

Getting ready for this morning’s yoga class! This is the beautiful Old School Hall in Belton village. Our yoga classes here are Mondays from 9.30-10.30am and Fridays from 10.00-11.00am. We have a couple of spaces still available for these classes: [email protected]

Stretch and twist at this evening’s yoga class.
parivrtta prasarita padottanasana is the Sanskrit name for this pose (wide legged forward twist in translation). A slightly hotter temperature this evening at the class. Good to practice yoga in the sunshine! Thank you all for taking part in the class!

Evening classes:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm at the Memorial Hall in Great Gonerby
Tuesdays 7-8pm at Little Gonerby School

Mornings classes:
Mondays 9.30-10.30am at the Old School Hall in Belton Village
Tuesdays 10-11am at the Community Centre on Belton Avenue

Cost: only £8/class when paid per term, or £10/class for pay as you go.
