It's official!

Henry's half marathon is happening on Saturday 30 November, which will mark the end of 25 weeks of dedicated training. He’ll be running to support his upcoming Borneo expedition and raise funds for Parkinson's UK, a cause close to his heart.

Henry is hopeful that his hard work will inspire sponsorship. Every donation makes a difference and brings him one step closer to his goals. 🌍🏃‍♂️

We have spaces at our new chair yoga class at the Old School Hall in Belton Village! Fridays from 11.15-12.00. Cost:£6/class when paid per term (£36/six week term) or £8/class for pay as you go.
Also, we have a couple of spaces left for the chair yoga class on Tuesdays from 11.15-12.00 at the Community Centre on Belton Avenue.

Join us for the Chair Yoga Teacher Training this February! A two day training, dedicated to qualified yoga teachers! Learn how to teach and sequence effective and safe chair yoga classes and create more inclusive yoga sessions for a variety of people, from people with physical and other restrictions, for people who recover from injuries, and for delivering corporate yoga sessions in an office environment.

As we bid farewell to another remarkable year, we reflect on the joys and successes that have made 2023 truly special for us.

One of the greatest highlights has been the continued journey of sharing the practice of yoga with dedicated students. Your commitment to the practice is the foundation of our community, and for that, we are immensely grateful.

A significant milestone for us has been the introduction of chair yoga and aqua yoga to our range of teacher training programmes, a testament to our commitment to diverse and accessible yoga. Taking yoga beyond the mat has allowed our students to positively impact even more lives, spreading the joy and benefits of yoga to those who may not have had the opportunity otherwise.

As we step into 2024, we anticipate another year of sharing the wonderful benefits of yoga. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and support are the driving forces that make Active Balance Yoga a thriving and inclusive space for aspiring yoga teachers.
