Residents of Grantham and surrounding areas South Kesteven!

Would you be interested in trying out a new exercise class for free? Adults, children and teenagers can all train together and learn a new martial art to improve fitness and flexibility with elements of self protection, music and acrobatics.

As a martial art, Capoeira helps develop physical and mental strength and agility and self confidence both at training and in our lives in general, but Capoeira can offer so much more, including musicality and rhythm through the option of learning to play certain musical instruments, additional language skills through the opportunity to start learning a new language, and so much more!

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art which is fun, easy to learn the basics and a great way to meet new people. There's no pressure, no minimum fitness level, no pretence and no equipment needed. Just willingness to have a go and try something new.

If you would be interested in having two months of free training through March/April culminating in free attendance at a weekend capoeira celebration event in Grantham, please comment "interested" and the number of people below and we will be in touch.
