No training tonight.
Advice from authorities is not to travel if it can be avoided. With lots of flood alerts and road closures in the region it's best to stay safe. It's disappointing as it would have been our first night back after the Christmas break, but we will make up for it when the weather has improved.

We're right in the heart of competition season now. And it is a pleasure to congratulate Thomas on his first medal at adult black belt level - a well earned bronze in sparring, won at the recent Lincolnshire Championships.
We will be cheering him on and hoping he builds on this success at the upcoming North Midlands Championships in Nottingham. πŸ‘ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ₯‰
