Belton Woods Juniors remain unbeaten in the South Lincs junior league following their 2 - 0 wins over both Sleaford Away and Belton Park Away in the past week.
For most of the squad it has been their first taste of team golf and the match-play format.

BW Junior Darcey Myers, competing in the Lincolnshire Girls County Championship over 36 holes at Blankney Golf Club finished 5th overall and 2nd in the Under 14s.
The Girls overall winner was ex BW Junior Abigail Scott.

An inexperienced Belton Woods Junior team visited Sleaford on Sunday coming away with a draw in their first match of this seasons South Lincolnshire League. Playing a new format for the league of betterball, both matches were decided on the 18th.

Playing at Stoke Rochford GC the lads played in supurb fashion to come out Victorious and held the Trophy high!

Congratutions today to Matthew Haynes for qualifying for the Brabazon Trophy at Droitwich.
Matthew 3 over par on the front nine, started the back nine with four straight birdies on 10, 11, 12 and 13. A further bogey on 16 was cancelled out with a birdie on the last leaving Matthew on a total of 1 under par and qualifying for the Brabazon Trophy, to be held at Moortown Golf Club on 21-24 May.

A good weekend for Belton Woods this weekend.
A Team won away to South Kyme 4-2
B Team won at home to Boston 4-2
And the mixed team won at Home today playing Wollaton Park 3=2
