What an incredible day at CODE GYM!

A HUGE thank you to every single athlete who came through our doors today and gave it everything. The effort, determination, competitiveness and support between everyone was exactly what we wanted the CODE STRONG SERIES to be about.

🏆 Congratulations to all of our winners and podium finishers! You earned it!
But today wasn't just about the people who stood on the podium. It was about everyone who stepped up, pushed themselves, encouraged others and left absolutely everything out on the floor. You should all be incredibly proud.

A massive thank you to our judges, volunteers, staff and last-minute subs who stepped in and helped make the day run smoothly. Events like this simply wouldn't happen without the people behind the scenes giving up their time and energy.

And finally, thank you to everyone who came along to support, cheer, shout and create the atmosphere. 🖤

🖤 NEW TO CODE GYM — CODE SENIOR CLASSES 🖤

We’re so excited to introduce CODE SENIOR CLASSES, starting Tuesday 1st September! 🎉

📅 Every Tuesday & Thursday�⏰ 11:00am�⏱️ 30-minute class + 30-minute supported gym session

These sessions are designed to be fun, social and accessible, with music suited to your ears and exercise delivered at an enjoyable pace. 🙌

We’ll use movement and exercise to help improve:

💪 Muscle strength & endurance�❤️ Cardiovascular fitness�🦴 Bone density�🧠 Confidence & wellbeing�🤝 Community & connection

And we don’t stop after the class!
Following the 30-minute coached session, you’ll have a 30-minute supported gym session, giving you the opportunity to build strength, confidence and familiarity with the gym in a friendly and supportive environment.

It was an absolute honour to support Pamela Jayne Bridal at their promotional Wedding Show shoot on Thursday in the breathtaking surroundings of Glenskirly Castle.

If you're planning your special day, make sure you don't miss the Wedding Show on Sunday 5th September at Glenskirly Castle, all in aid of the incredible Strathcarron Hospice – a charity that means so much to so many of us 🤍

What a weekend at GIRLCODE BOX and CODE GYM

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of having Mighty Rick’s Gym join us for a Mini Hyrox Sim 🤍🖤🤍. Two gyms working together to help bring out our BEST, loved it 🤍🖤🤍.

Today we had our Girls Who Train 2.0 session at CODE GYM. So much fun from start to finish 🤍🖤🤍.

Weights:
