Hey team 💪✨

Just a quick update on classes…

I’ll be reducing class numbers to 9 people per session going forward as of tomorrow.

This means:
• More space to move
• More access to equipment
• More coaching, support, and attention
• Better flow + better energy in every session

My goal is always to give you the best possible experience, not just cram numbers in. Smaller classes = higher quality sessions and better results for you 💥

Real progress rarely looks impressive in the beginning.
It looks like doing the same thing again and again.
It can feel repetitive and boring.

Ice stays ice at −1°C —
even though change is already happening.

So don’t stop because you can’t see results yet.
Change is happening underneath the surface and it’s rising to the top.
You are closer than you think.

Proof that consistency beats motivation every time 🔥

Absolutely unreal transformation for Keanna — I’m so proud of you ❤️📈.

This wasn’t about fast results or extreme sacrifice. Keanna still lived her life. She still made memories with nights out, life events, holidays and day to day fun. But what she did do, was make small, intentional choices consistently over time.

She stayed in her own lane and focused on what needed done at the time. Keanna committed to a few 8-week blocks on top of classes where fat loss and consistency were the priority — without burning herself out or missing out on life.

Consistency becomes easier when you stop trying to do everything at once and instead focus on small, achievable actions.

Along the way, she learned:
– how to eat consistent calories and why protein matters
– how to lift and train with confidence
– how to stay consistent through real-life events
– how to build habits that actually fit her lifestyle

As the year comes to an end, I just want to say thank you to every single one of my clients.

Thank you for trusting me with your journey, for showing up on the good days and the hard ones and for sticking with it even when motivation was low. Thank you for supporting my little business and allowing me to do what I love every single day for another year.

This year has definitely had its ups and downs, but having such an incredible group of clients makes it all worth it. Your effort, kindness, HONESTY and consistency never goes unnoticed. You are the reason the studio space feels so welcoming, supportive, and special even if you drive me all up the wall 🤨😂.

I’m so proud of every bit of progress you have all made – not just physically, but mentally too. Watching you all grow in confidence, strength, and belief in yourselves is honestly the best part of my job.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being you, for backing me, and for helping keep this life of mine alive. I’m so grateful for every one of you and excited for what’s to come next 💪✨.

Some things that 2025 brought me;

💔 I lost my gran (my Oma - means gran in Dutch). My Oma was the last grand-parent I had and we had a special bond. She felt like home to me. Losing someone you love never gets easier — it takes a piece of your heart every time. You learn to carry the space they leave behind, but it’s never truly filled.

🎂 My youngest turned 1. Being a mum is the hardest job I’ve ever had, but also the most rewarding. I try to remind myself how lucky I am, even on the heavy days when Remi is drawing on my couch, ripping the wallpaper off the walls and jumping on the dining table 😳.

✨ Remi got christened. Another milestone in her little life ticked off, one of those moments that makes time feel way too fast.

📚 Harleigh started school. Suddenly there’s REAL attitude involved. Watching her grow into her own little person (me) is both wild and beautiful.

💯 People will always have something to say, no matter what you do — so f**k it. Do what you want. I started TikTok the last few months of this year and I’m flyyyyying. This year I would say my circle has gotten even smaller. And if that means little to no friends, I’m okay with that. Peace feels better.

📈 Last but not least, somewhere between January and December, I lost 10kg — I’m starting to feel more like myself after baby number 2. I’m also gaining more faith in the old knee as it held up through a full Hybrid event 🫣🥰.

Praying that 2026 brings no loss, plenty laughter, health and memories to cherish for a lifetime ❤️.

GOOD MORNING - READ AND RESPOND*

I’m putting this up before I change my mind. I want to do a decent charity event next year and I thought it would be fun to involve you lot by letting you all create it for me.

✅ Think outside the box

✅ Something somebody’s not done

✅ Chat amongst each other if you want

Payback but fun! I love a challenge so it could be over so many days, complete whatever in a month.

Whatever you think and want me to do, I will. Make it a few months away so I can train for it. At least March time, I’m 31 so I’d like to complete the charity event for my birthday or just after.

CHALLENGE me, I like to suffer ☺️.

Client Transformation: September → December 2025.

This journey is so much deeper than a before and after.

This year, Margaretann walked through a level of pain most people will never know — losing both parents months apart, while also healing from other personal life events that could have easily broken her.

Yet every single session, she gives 110%.

Not just physically… but emotionally, mentally, and with a level of heart and grit that is rare to see.

We’ve laughed.
We’ve cried.
We’ve had days where breathing felt heavy and days where she absolutely smashed every goal in sight.

These photos are incredible — truly outstanding — but even they can’t measure the strength, courage, and determination this woman continues to show up with.

Every hurdle.
Every setback.
Every moment she could have stayed down…

She stood back up.

She didn’t just rebuild herself physically — she has been rebuilding her full world, piece by piece, rep by rep, session by session.

Margaretann, you are one in a million ❤️.

I know the road of healing is long and sometimes feels never-ending, but look at you - I am SO proud of you my pal 🤍✨.
