✨ A pause, with purpose ✨

This clinic has been such a meaningful part of my life — not just for the treatments, but for the relationships, trust, and community we’ve built together. Supporting your journeys has been an absolute honour, and I’m so grateful for the loyalty and kindness you’ve shown me.

I’m now stepping into a season where my professional focus is evolving and expanding. As my clinical role continues to grow, I’m creating space to give that work the attention and energy it deserves.

This isn’t an ending — it’s a pause. A reset, a recalibration, and a new chapter for now.

This transition will take effect from April 2026. I’ll be releasing specific pop-up clinic dates throughout the year, which I’ll share in advance.

Thank you for trusting me and for being part of this journey 🤍

This treatment focuses on the upper body — chest, ribs, waist and upper abdomen — to help:
• reduce fluid retention & bloating
• support lymphatic flow and detox pathways
• enhance natural waist definition
• leave the body feeling lighter, looser & more sculpted

Using gentle but effective techniques, this is not about force — it’s about working with your lymphatic system to encourage drainage and visible contouring.

✨ Results can include:
✔️ improved shape through the upper waist
✔️ reduced puffiness
✔️ a smoother, more defined look
✔️ that “light” post-treatment feeling

Perfect if you’re feeling bloated, holding fluid, post-travel, or just want a reset

Massage isn’t just about tight muscles 💭
It supports your nervous system, circulation, lymphatic flow, hormones, breathing, immunity and recovery — all at the same time.

By helping the body shift out of stress mode and into recovery mode, massage allows systems to work more efficiently together. That’s why people often feel calmer, lighter, sleep better and recover faster after a session — even when the treatment isn’t deep.

Whether you’re training hard, feeling run down, holding stress in your body, or just need to reset, massage supports the whole body — not just the area being worked on.

🟢 IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) 🟢

IASTM is a targeted treatment that uses specialised tools to assess and treat soft tissue restrictions. The instruments allow for precise work on tight, restricted, or overworked areas, helping to break down adhesions and stimulate the body’s natural healing response.

Who it’s for
IASTM is ideal for people dealing with persistent tightness, reduced mobility, recurring niggles, or stiffness that doesn’t fully resolve with hands-on massage alone. It’s especially beneficial for active individuals, athletes, gym-goers, runners, and those with repetitive strain from work or training.

Benefits
Benefits include improved range of movement, reduced muscle tightness, better circulation, and enhanced tissue quality. IASTM can support injury recovery, improve flexibility, reduce discomfort, and help restore efficient movement patterns.

Why get IASTM
IASTM allows for deeper, more precise treatment than hands alone, making it highly effective for stubborn adhesions and chronic restrictions. It helps reset the tissue, improve movement, and support long-term recovery and performance.

IASTM can be used as a standalone treatment or combined with massage to maximise results and tailor the session to your needs.

🪃WOOD THERAPY 🪃

Wood therapy is a treatment that uses specially designed wooden tools to work on the body’s soft tissues and lymphatic system. It combines rhythmic, targeted techniques to help reduce tissue congestion, improve circulation, and support overall body contour and recovery.

Who it’s for
Wood therapy is suitable for anyone feeling heavy, puffy, or tight through certain areas, as well as those looking to support lymphatic flow and improve tissue tone. It’s ideal for clients post-exercise, those experiencing fluid retention, people with areas of stubborn tightness, or anyone wanting a treatment that supports both recovery and body confidence.

Benefits
Benefits include improved lymphatic drainage, reduced fluid retention, improved circulation, smoother tissue texture, and a feeling of lightness in the body. It can also help reduce muscle tension, support recovery, and enhance the effects of lymphatic drainage treatments.

Why get wood therapy
Wood therapy works by stimulating circulation and lymph flow while helping to break down tissue congestion that can cause heaviness or puffiness. It’s a great option if you want something more targeted than massage but still effective and non-invasive.

Wood therapy can be used on its own or combined with lymphatic drainage or massage to create a tailored, results-focused treatment.

🌀CUPPING THERAPY 🌀

Cupping therapy is a hands-on treatment that uses suction cups to lift the skin and underlying tissues. This creates space within the tissue, encouraging blood flow, reducing restriction, and helping the body release tension that can’t always be reached with hands alone.

Who it’s for
Cupping is ideal for people experiencing muscle tightness, persistent tension, reduced mobility, or niggling aches that don’t fully settle with massage alone. It’s particularly beneficial for active individuals, gym-goers, runners, desk-based workers, or anyone feeling stiff, heavy, or restricted through certain areas.

Benefits
The benefits of cupping include improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, increased range of movement, and faster recovery. It can help with tight shoulders, backs, hips, and legs, support injury recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and improve overall tissue quality.

Why get cupping therapy
Cupping works differently to massage by lifting rather than compressing tissue, making it excellent for stubborn tightness and deeper restrictions. It allows the tissue to decompress, promotes natural healing, and helps restore movement and comfort. Many clients find it leaves them feeling looser, lighter, and more mobile after treatment.

Cupping can be used on its own or combined with massage for a more effective, targeted session.
