It’s that time of year again, the fabulous JPilates Limited Summer Convention in London tomorrow!!! 😀

The programme looks fantastic, can’t wait!!!

APPARATUS SERVICE DAY!

Your safety and well-being is paramount to us so having the apparatus serviced is a must.

What a fantastic day thanks to Ben & Louis of for doing an amazing job of servicing all of our studio apparatus. Super skilled and knowledgeable on the whole array of apparatus.

With care and skill they literally checked every, nut, bolt, wheel, and everything else you possibly could. All apparatus dismantled, cleaned, checked, balanced, refined, new springs fitted (on the balanced body apparatus, the Gratz doesn’t need it yet) and then everything put back together again.

It is all running so smoothly now, it’s like brand new.

Can’t wait for you to hop on it next week, all running like a dream. 😀

It’s another scorcher 🥵 a smidge before 6pm and it’s 33 degrees ☀️☀️☀️☀️😎😎😎😎Happy, happy days.

Very hot teaching classes today, even with the cool air fan on, huge congratulations to you fabulous people who worked so hard in your studio apparatus and 1-1’s today, s d to all of you in classes this sunshiny week, respect to you all! 💪👏👏👏

It’s all change in your chill out room. It has to be themed to Shakespeare’s ‘Midsummer Nights Dream’ although as an ex dancer I like to think of it as ‘The Dream’ by Frederick Ashton of the Royal Ballet. 🩰❤️ 🧚 🫏 🌳 🌺 👨 👧 💔❤️
