🏉 Hawks U12s kicked off the season! 🏉

On Sunday, the Hawks U12s played their first game of the season and produced a fantastic team performance against a strong Rhondda side.
Some superb tries were scored playing the fast, wide rugby we've been working on, with great teamwork and support play throughout.
The highlight? A brilliant break and offload from Pippa for Grace to score under the posts with the very last play of the game.
A great effort from everyone in the heat and a brilliant start to the season. Onwards!

Our U12 Hawks were at The Warehouse Gym last night getting a fitness session in as preparations for the new season continue. 💪🔥

🥈 EUROPEAN SILVER MEDALLISTS! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

A huge congratulations to our Girls 15 squad, who are European Youth Championship silver medallists after a fantastic campaign and an epic performance in the final at the 2026 European Youth Touch Championships in Coventry!

In a super exciting, nail-biting final that went right down to the final whistle, the team left absolutely everything on the pitch before being narrowly edged out 3-4 by a strong England side.

To battle to the very last second in a European final and return home with silver medals is a tremendous achievement. It is a true reflection of the grit, skill, teamwork, and resilience this squad has shown throughout the tournament—and proof that the future of Welsh Touch is exceptionally bright.

Congratulations to all of the players, coaches, and support staff on an outstanding campaign. You have represented Team Cymru with immense pride and passion, and you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved.
