Bedgebury Belles Running Group We are a beginner's running group meeting at 10.15am on Mondays during term time at Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest. What are you waiting for?

We aim to provide a fun, sociable, non-competitive environment in which people can give running a try. Sessions last about an hour and include a warm up, main run session and cool down stretches. We try to run together as a group, providing each other with support and motivation, whatever our abilities. No experience is necessary as we really are a group for beginners or those returning to running

after a break. No specialist running gear is necessary either although a pair of good supportive trainers is advisable as we do run on forest tracks. If you'd like to come along and give it a try, please contact me here, on my mobile or via the contact e-mail address given. Sessions cost just £4.00 or £35.00 if you book 10 in advance. HALF TERM EVENING RUN, come and enjoy Bedgebury Forest with us on Wednesday 6th June for a relaxing evening run! Meet at the cafe at 6.15pm for a 3km loop...run or walk it as many times as you like!
