You don’t need more weight. You need better form.

Most people rush RDLs.
Too heavy. Too fast. No control.

And then wonder why:
😣You feel it in their lower back
🤔Your hamstrings never grow
🥱Progress feels slow (or stops completely)

Here’s what actually matters:

• Push your hips back - not down
• Keep the bar close to your legs
• Slight bend in the knees (don’t squat it)
• Control the lowering - don’t just drop it
• Stop when your hamstrings are loaded, not when the weight hits the floor

Form is what builds results. Not ego lifting.

Slow it down. Get it right. Then add weight.
