“Ladies are back at it this weekend for their Second tournament line up at home.
We are looking forward to having the chance to get back out there with 7 of our league teams. Hopefully the weather is kind to us 🤞🏻
We have been working hard at training since the last tournament and hope to bring a new lease of life to our game especially as we’re playing at home. We have some new faces joining the team again this weekend and we wish them the best of luck.”

From the training pitch to the tournament stage, she proved what determination can do.
Scoring a brilliant try against a fast and well-drilled Andover side, Emma spotted the space and backed herself in style. Her confidence has grown so much.🌟

“First tournament line up for our ladies. We are so excited to get back to it and show off our hard work and effort from pre-season. The ladies have started this season with a strong determination to win. The effort they have put in through circuits and game based drill have been amazing. We are having consistent numbers at training with more people joining with different experiences with rugby, some who have played for a while and want to get back to it and some fresh to the sport who have slotted into the team amazingly.”

💙💛Gosport & Fareham RFC would love to have more females playing the game, both at youth and senior levels. The ladies game is growing but they also need the next generation to support them and take over when it's time for some people to hang up their boots.

Would your child like to be the next Ellie Kildunne? Would they like to represent the Red Roses of England? Come on down to Gosport Park on Sunday 21st September to give rugby a try. Our experienced coaches will be on hand to make sure you have a great time and feel welcomed.

Coming from up north, it’s great to have such a brilliant group of friends at the club who feel like family.

Best rugby memory/moment?
Finally scoring a try at the home tournament after knocking on three times on the try line – with the big (and very sarcastic) cheers to go with it!
