Our 31st Annual Conference this year will be at the UK head office
of world-renowned offshore engineering contractor Subsea7 in Sutton UK on Saturday 19th November 2022.
The conference is open to members, divers and anyone who may have an interest in the subjects or diving history in general.

Planned talks include:
Liz James (the UK’s first qualified female professional diver): The History of Subsea7.
Patrick van Hoeserlande: The development of buoyancy devices
Bjørn Kahrs: Historic diving in his native Norway,
Gavin Anthony: Scientific diving research and world records made at the Royal Navy Physiological Laboratory, and
Nigel Phillips, the Collections Officer at The Diving Museum in Gosport will give a brief review of some of the ‘gems’ in the Museum collection.

There is no formal dinner dance this year, but there will be an informal get together afterwards at the Premier Inn where we can continue to socialise in the bar and restaurant.
Tickets are available at £35 for the day which includes lunch, refreshments and free parking (on request; subject to availability), (Dinner not included).
