We are cancelling classes this week due to the incredibly devastating loss of a wonderful woman. Robin is taking some time to gather himself this week and be with his family. He plans to return next week but there may be further disruptions to classes over the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this most difficult time.

Hey lovely people! Just a heads up it is confirmed that our lovely Robin is off to sunny SA. This means that including the Christmas break that we are closing classes from 18th December and return on the 14th January!

Hi all! I come bearing bad news I’m afraid, this photo was taken at 04:00 on Saturday morning when Mr Robin was only just beginning to feel completely rubbish and we were sat in A&E for the first time that weekend. Unfortunately, he has gone and got himself a nasty case of exercise-itis and won’t be fit for classes this week. We will keep you updated but if he isn’t up to next weeks classes they will still go ahead with your very own crazy sidekick covering for the lazy codger until he is back on form. Please don’t worry he is fine and being well looked after. 😘
