A great day for Praetorian MMA at the Bournemouth Open on Saturday. 🥋

Four competitors representing Praetorian MMA and four people willing to put themselves out there, step onto the mats and test themselves. That’s never easy.

🥈 Phil – Silver
🥈 Josh – Silver
🥉 Matthew – Bronze
🥉 Jack – Bronze

A special mention to Matthew and Jack, as this was their first competition. Anyone who has competed knows how daunting a competition can be. The nerves, the pressure and all the unknowns. Both showed real courage stepping onto the mats for the first time, and to come away with Bronze medals is a brilliant achievement.

The medals are fantastic, but the biggest achievement is having the courage to compete in the first place. Every time someone steps onto the mats, they learn, improve and grow, regardless of the result.

A fantastic day for Praetorian MMA and we’re proud of everyone who represented the club.
