From the first Kids MMA and NoGi session at 4:30 right through to the final Adult Gi class, tonight was absolutely booming at Praetorian MMA.

The mats were busy, the energy was high and every class brought great effort from everyone involved.

The evening finished with a packed BJJ Gi session led by Nathan and Rob, with plenty of positional sparring, live rounds and opportunities to sharpen techniques under pressure. The room was full of good training, good attitudes and plenty of laughs along the way.

The music playlist may have been questionable in places, but nobody seemed to mind because everyone was bouncing and enjoying themselves.
