The course has had its first cut, all the greens have been cut and the pins moved which can mean only one thing!!—————————————————————————FGC is officially back open from the 28th March, after one of the wettest winters on record which saturated the course for months we are finally coming out the other side 🙌🏼

There has been a lot of work done over the winter months so expect to see a more open course allowing the wind to move around better which should help keep the course drier after heavy rain.

The maintenance team have managed to cut all the greens and some of the fairways this week so we are hoping to have the course open for our first board competition (winter pairs scramble) on the 29th March and then hopefully the course will only get better as the ground drys out.
