Tuesday:
16:30 - 17:45 - General Gymnastics Class 3
17:45 - 19:00 - Introductory Aerobic Gymnastics Team
17:45 - 20:30 - Squad Team

Wednesday:
16:30 - 17:30 - General Gymnastics Class 2
17:30 - 19:30 - Regional Team
17:30 - 20:30 - Squad Team

Thursday:
16:30 - 17:30 - General Gymnastics Class 1
17:30 - 19:30 - Regional Team
17:30 - 20:30 - Squad Team

Friday:
16:30 - 17:30 - General Gymnastics Class 4
17:30- 18:45- General Gymnastics Class 5
18:45- 20:00 - General Gymnastics Class 6

Sessions are structured to ability, age and competing levels. Additional training sessions are generally available during school holidays, with weekends on request. One-to-one training sessions are also available. Please contact Natalie or Su if you require any further information. Please note we currently hold a waiting list for all of our classes, so please inform us if your child has had any previous experience in dance, gymnastics or something you may feel is relevant. All fees are due the 1st of each month and no later than the 7th of each month. Any fees paid after the 7th will have a late payment charge added.

✨ COMPETITION SEASON IS IN FULL SWING! ✨

Aerobic Gymnastics is the competitive side of SUKI, and we have an incredibly busy — and exciting — few weeks ahead! 🤸‍♀️💙

🏆 Next weekend — Our team will be competing at the SUKI Competition!

🏆 A few weeks later — Our Introductory Team and Regional Team will be heading to the Virtue Competition!

🌍 Then it's time to go international! Our FIG gymnasts and Polar Express Aerodance team will be travelling to Plovdiv, Bulgaria to compete! 🇧🇬✈️

🏆 At the very same time, our National gymnasts and a handful of our RAC gymnasts will be travelling to Stoke-on-Trent to take to the competition floor for the RAC NAC Cup!

We are so incredibly proud of every gymnast and coach who has worked so hard to get to this point. The dedication, commitment and hours of training behind the scenes are huge, and we cannot wait to see everyone out there doing what they love!

And once the competition season has come to an end... it will be FULL STEAM AHEAD towards our biggest celebration of the year! 🎭✨
